We really were delighted with the superb catering you provided for Rebecca and Toms wedding on 30th June.
The hog roast was absolutely delicious and highly praised by every one at the reception. The crackling was outstanding and the meat itself was both delicious and succulent. Everyone said it was the finest pork they had ever tasted.
The roasted vegetables and salad were also extremely fresh and tasty, and the three sweets you provided were all excellent and again drew highly complimentary remarks from our guests.
The serving and service were very effective whilst being unobtrusive and your help and advice both before and during the event all helped to make for a very successful evening. We did also really appreciate your help on the following morning,
